Stainless Steel PTFE Lined Butterfly Valve

Resilient seated butterfly valve, uses the flexibility of rubber or plastic seat, could easily achieve zero leakge, therefore is a widely applied valve in oilfield, agriculture, water & waste water and mining industries. Due to its rubber/plastic lined body materials, it is usually used in low pressure lines.  

Flanged butterfly valves have longer face-to-face dimensions and stronger structure, compared with wafer or lug type butterfly valves. The vulcanization or lining process is therefore more complicated than wafer or lugged butterfly valves. For butterfly valves size larger than 24", flanged end is recommended for longer service.
